Weekend Wedding Package

Our wedding season runs from March 1st to December 20th.

All weddings are booked as three-day packages: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

  • A deposit of $500 dollars is required for all offseason bookings
  • A deposit of $1000 dollars is required for all other bookings

 

Pricing For Our Weekend Facility Rental:

  • Peak Season – $4800 plus GST | June | July | August
  • High Season – $3900 plus GST  | September
  • Low Season – $3300 plus GST |  May | October | April 17th – 30th
  • Off Season – $1900 plus GST | March | April 1st – 16th | November | December

Weekend Facility Rental for All Weddings Includes:

  • Friday 12 noon to 8:00 pm
  • all day Saturday
  • depart Sunday at 1:30 pm
All Wedding Bookings Include: (click to expand)
  • Heated and air conditioned facility
  • Wheelchair accessible
  • Ample guest parking
  • Main reception hall, with adjoining hall for buffet service
  • Kitchen area includes a large stand up cooler, stove, microwave, two double work sinks, work island, work tables, freezer, trolly carts, roasters, slow cooker, serving trays, coffee makers, juice dispensers, water pitchers, bowls, serving spoons, aprons, tea towels, etc.
  • Games room includes a pool table, ping pong table, Foosball, shuffleboard, beer pong, satellite TV, and Wii system
  • Bar room includes a large stand up cooler, double work sink, freezer, electronic safe, ample shelving, drink trays, bar cloths, etc.
  • Fenced smoking patio area with tables and chairs
  • Indoor sound system with two wireless microphones
  • Outdoor sound system with two corded microphones
  • Mic stand for the officiant
  • Podium for public address
  • Document signing table wrapped in white decorative rouging
  • Eight white indoor flower arrangements
  • Six indoor decorative lightweight pillars
  • Matching decorative black wrought iron easels of various sizes
  • All indoor tables and chairs
  • Fourteen high back white leather chairs for Bridal Party seating
  • Suspended white and black decorative draping (head table backdrop)
  • Cash box for your bar float, and bar signage ie: Toonie Bar, 2.50 bar, 3 dollar bar
  • Eight baby high chairs
  • Several large recycle containers
  • Extension cords of various lengths
  • Four separately keyed lockers for personal effects
  • Guest closet in the buffet hall area
  • One shower in the men’s, and one shower in the ladies
  • Air-conditioned mobile trailer unit (just steps off the games room) – to use as a private staging area for men just prior to the ceremony (or a place to lay down little ones or set up a playpen)
  • Full use of all outdoor amenities: lovely Bridal Ceremony area with looping brick pathway, flowers, and decorative pillars, large picnic table area, fire pit area and firewood, roasting sticks, two gas barbeques and barbeque supplies, open grassed area for pictures, white lattice resin chairs for outdoor ceremony
  • Signage for couples name at our approach corner
  • Signage in front of facility for Bridal Party and Caterer parking
  • Three in hall visits on Friday throughout your preparations, to answer any questions
  • An invaluable in-depth Informational Package – loaded with all kinds of informative information, answers, “how too’s” and suggestions – covering a large array of topics.
    • Regular Open Houses throughout the season – to check out the venue space again, and get answers to any questions you might have. (Many couples attend at least 1 – sometimes 2 or 3 Open Houses!).
    • An informational meeting prior to your wedding – covering a large array of topics – to help ensure your special day goes over smoothly, and a great time is had by all!

Bartender Options and Corkage Supplies:

The renter can choose to hire out bartending services, or have friends and family tend bar for their event – providing there are of legal age to do so.

Zadack Holdings does NOT provide bartending services. It is the RENTERS responsibility to obtain a liquor permit.

If the renter has opted to purchase the Service Package, then corkage (on the day of the wedding) will be provided by Zadack Holdings.

If the renter has not purchased the Service Package, the renter will then be responsible to provide the corkage (ice, cups, pop, Clamato, milk, orange juice, etc.)

Please note that 2019 will be our final year of operating the event venue. 

Our last booking for 2019, will be taking place at the end of October. Our acreage will be available to purchase after our last booking has taken place. Of course, it will remain to be seen whether or not the NEW owners, will continue to operate the venue.

We currently have just FOUR remaining weekends available for our final season in 2019:  Two weekends in May / and two weekends in June.
